Comfort Inn & Suites Black River Falls I-94

I stay in a lot of hotels as a part of my job. I was greeted by the front desk gal named Kelley (sp?). She had to have been the brightest ray of sunshine I have ever been greeted with as I walked in. She was very cheerful, genuine and competent. The room was comfortable and clean.

I loved our stay. We just reserved a suite. When they saw that we had small children with us, they put us on the poolside suite that opens to the kiddie pool. My daughters lost their minds with happiness. It was such a nice consideration to place us in that room and it gave us memories that we will be talking about for a long time..

The moment you walk into the lobby and smell The fresh made popcorn,you know this place is different. The woman at the reception desk was delightfully friendly. The room is spacious and perfectly clean. It’s obvious that the housekeeping staff have been trained properly and take pride in their work. For me it’s the small details that matter.
You might be able to find a room for $20 less, but you get what you pay for.

Modern, breakfast is basic, eggs and sausage, but good. Pool is clean, 30 people capacity. Kids pool with large bear and slide. Secure doors. Lots of sales reps stay during week, families on weekends.
Helpful desk staff and good housekeeping.

Very friendly front desk folks. Rooms were clean, well kept and tidy. Good breakfast options. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because their bathroom wash sink was separated from the rest of the bathroom. It was odd having it in the middle of the walkway to the bedroom area. Other than this, everything good.
