Good food if you’re not in a rush.
This is a more laid back experience than most Irish pubs. The food we had (Fish & Chips and Corned Beef) was very good if not pricy. ($17 for Fish and Chips is a scandalous price.) I recommend the Irish Mule as a good pairing with corned beef. If you have time to enjoy the food, try this place. If you’re in a hurry, try McDonald’s.
My husband and I have always enjoyed anything we have ordered from here. One of our favorites is the curry fries. Obviously not an Irish fare but they knock it out of the park. Every time we go, the food comes out piping hot, no long wait times or rude wait staff. The pricing is reasonable for the food and atmosphere of the restaurant. If you want a solid date night restaurant to go to, this is the place. I will say it is also family friendly which I always appreciate, but you will enjoy the food.
What I like about this place is that it has authentic Irish fare. I can always get my standard fish and chips along with a pint of Guinness and a shot of Jameson. It’s a quiet restaurant, but I like it as I’m able to enjoy a conversation without sports TV blaring at every corner.
I have also had their leek soup as well as Shepherds Pie. While I haven’t tried their Sunday morning Bloody Marys, the presentation of them are amazing.
This is a good restaurant to dine with family, close friends or even a date night.
They do have live music from time to time.
This place was fabulous! The pear cider was really good. Light and crispy. And the reuben was the best i have ever had anywhere. It was loaded up and so tasty! The service was excellent and all the food was fresh! We will definitely be back.
Went with my husband for a St. Paddy's day dinner. The place was PACKED. We were told the wait would be an hour, got seated in about 30 minutes. Our waitress was super nice. Food was delicious, and though there was a little more of a wait for dessert than originally expected it was well worth the extra few minutes we waited for it.
