This is one of the most tastiest pizza I’ve tried . The crust and dough is truly delicious. My kids and I love it .
Great pizza and great service. The owners are very personalble and both serve and make the food themselves. If you support small businesses, definitely consider Cut Stone rather than a pizza chain.
To start, the family behind this business are some of the hardest working, driven, and passionate people I've ever met. They take pride in every pasta noodle cut by hand, fresh made dough with only the best ingredients out there, and integrity in a great product every time.
Secondly the food is beyond words. Simple, thoughtful, and elegant. Kenosha has never had Italian food like this. This is very special, and from the heart.
Also be patient. Everything is made to order, from scratch. It is well worth the wait. Take a moment learn about the story behind this venture, the owners are pretty awesome.
Wish you all the best. Thank you for making this town and food scene and better place.
Full disclosure, I've never eaten Italian food in Italy. I have, however, eaten in Italian restaurants across the Midwest, Southwest, East-Coast, and West-Coast, and can say with complete confidence that this pasta was the best. Also, their brick-oven pizza is FIRE, 10/10, addictively delicious. I also happen to know that they make their pizza and pasta fresh and by hand, so if you're living or just passing through Kenosha, Cut Stone Foods is a must!
I have had the delicious pizza from Cut Stone Foods more than once. It has been amazing every time! The crust is perfect. The sauce tastes like fresh tomatoes and the fresh mozzarella and fresh basil really elevate this pizza to high art. What is better than a wood-fired pizza from a fire truck? Nothing! Ok, maybe the homemade pastas they make come close. Prepared pasta and even fresh pasta to take and cook at home. Cut Stone Foods is on their game and they just started out. Can't wait to see the awesome tasty things they come up with in the future. If you are in Kenosha and you see a firetruck making pizza, stop and get a great meal!
