Mars Cheese Castle

Been to this heaven on earth many times, especially in the last year. My wife absolutely loves cheese so we usually spend a good amount here. The prices aren’t the cheapest but the products are higher quality so you get what you pay for. They also have a good selection of meats and drinks.

Its been a staple for me and my family for almost 30 years. It has evolved so much. Great selection of cheeses and meats. The beer selection is really cool and you can mix packs. It's a fun place to spend an hour when commuting between northern IL and southern WI.

This is a great store. I'm just sad that the selection of cheese was not as large as I originally thought. I was really impressed by architecture and their fudge is really wonderful. The selection for testing and ability to do so you really understand what you are buying is really great. I'm really keen to go back. We had their kringle and I would recommend it.

The people here are really kind and helpful.

Make sure to take a lot of photos of the castle and the sign. You won't regret it

This is a must-go place if you're visiting Wisconsin! Even for those of us who live here, it can still be a really fun treat to go! They've got such a wide variety of cheese and cheese related products! They've also almost always got samples out so you can make sure you know you enjoy what you're buying before you do so! I love how they really represent Wisconsin culture and local businesses! Very fun place to go to!
