Amazing pizza!! We walked over Sunday night, ordered an 8" Taco and an 8" Hawaiian, we thought it might not be enough. Boy were we wrong, we each only ate half and we were full. Crust was fabulous, cheese was yummy! Then we ordered a gluten free sausage 12" to go. He said it is the best damn gluten free pizza he has ever had!!!! He ate half of it and went to bed a happy man!!????
Keeping the recipes on the pizza and the service was the only real saving grace. I would say they did change the flavor in the way some ingredients tasted frozen. The appetizers are very limited now and over priced. The one sandwich we got in our group was "good" but not worth the price. The looks are much better in the restaurant but it's not enough to to charge so much for (except the pizza) just better than bar food like it was a gourmet meal.
Our visits will be limited if we go back. And only for the pizza.
Nothing like spending a summer night eating fantastic pizza out on a patio. This was my first time here and I am impressed. The pizza has a crust that straddles that fine line between chewy and crunchy. The sausage is subtly spiced and the sauce is an ideal balance of sweet and tangy. Combined with a generous amount of cheese, this pizza approaches the archetype for perfection! And to top it all off, the service was stellar. My server was friendly and attentive. Next time I'm here I'll have to leave room for dessert.
Came here for fathers day with my dad and sister. Really happy to see this place reopen, and they kept a lot of its old charm. Comfortable, cozy and open atmosphere. Waitstaff were really friendly and attentive. The pizza's were delicious! They cut the pizzas tavern style. The pizza is on the expensive side though, but as a treat every once in a while, worth it.
From start to finish great experience. Greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Seated promptly, ordered pizza buffet, server introduced himself and made sure my visit was a good one. The pizza, the pizza was very good. It beats PH pizza hands down. You need to try The New Big Al's.
