Crust was crisp, the dough had the right amount of punch to it, under carriage was legit, had the hot honey slice as well as the fig jam slice. Staff was amazing, and I can’t believe I have been sleeping on this.

Last note, the house made ranch is absolutely amazing.

Outstanding! Can pizza be elevated without being pretentious? Absolutely! The sourdough crust is phenomenal - ideal thickness, great flavor, and incredible chew. The toppings were obviously of the best quality. I had a chance to chat with co-owner/chef Spencer and asked him how they did it. He said they'd experimented with different flours until they got it just right. He also told us that they source many key ingredients from Italy (I think he said one of the olive oils comes from Spain?), and they use only Wisconsin cheeses.

This was our first visit, but we were with our granddaughter who is a frequent patron with her parents. She couldn't remember what she usually ordered... but Spencer did ♥

You can order by the slice or get a whole pizza. The price is very reasonable - especially considering the quality of the ingredients. Ordering takes place at the counter and if you're dining in, you select your table and the staff will bring the food out to you.

Just a great experience with outstanding food and a friendly, welcoming, laid-back vibe. This is a must try for pizza lovers and serious foodies alike.

The staff are ridiculously friendly and full of knowledge of their business and city. I have had pizza in Europe, New York, Chicago, and other locations ( I love all pizzas) and this pizza can challenge all of them head to head. A GREAT surprise. Airy and crispy crust with great, quality toppings. A must stop in LaCrosse!!

This pizza is excellent. Great under carriage, excellent crisp, sauce has some tang - atmosphere is casual with a friendly staff. Our cheese had no flop. Highly recommend !!

Wow! I was super happy to find this place while visiting La Crosse. I had the Hot Honey Pepperoni slices and they were out of this world! They were super friendly, the place was very clean and they even have a rewards program. Next time I’ll try the Gelato and maybe some of the other slices. Just look at this slice of pizza. Art.
