Food was brought out quickly, and it was delicious. Bartenders were very attentive! Our group was 15 people, and no one waited for drinks or refills.
This has stop had some big upgrades since last year. New owners. Very clean and open. Absolutely love the view if the water
Great bar to hang out with friends or grab a bite to eat.
Staff and bartenders are awesome!
If you like bloody Mary's stop in when Shonna is working, you will not be disappointed!...🙂
Brought my mother, step father and daughter in for dinner. I had not eaten there since the new owners took over, and I was expecting decent bar food-nothing more. The bar was busy but the dining room was empty as it was a Tuesday. The waitress showed up immediately to take our drink order and I ordered some cheese curds. They showed up surprisingly fast and I honestly have never had any appetizer as unique and good as these. I wish I had ordered 2 orders. I had the bourbon burger and fries and I have to say, hands down, one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The waitress was attentive throughout, and the food was amazing. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the experience as a whole. I would definitely recommend this place for dinner.
Busy. Wait staff could visit tables more but they were busy. Remodeled inside but no real change from Happy Snapper. Very LOUD inside. Most had to do with intoxicated boisterous customers but still, very loud. Friday fish fry. $14 for 3 piece haddock. Cooked well, moist and tender. Fries were crispy. Nothing is seasoned well. Fairly bland and not salted. Tarter sauce is mostly mayo or similar base with a tiny bit of dill and pickle added. Could use a lot more flavor. Cole slaw was very creamy too. Could cut the sauce down by well over half and they will have a good product there. Pickle chips were very good. Kind of hard to screw up frozen appetizers though. They have a ways to go to get a 4th star on food. But they are comparable to other local places. Good, not really good or great. Whiskey Old Fashioned was good. $60 for two fish dinners, pickle chips and a few drinks. Wait staff was friendly.
Well it’s been a while and thought I would try again and see if improvements or changes have been made…. I’ll put as much effort into this as that have. Nothings changed. Invest your money elsewhere. This isn’t worth it.
Nice local spot! Service was very friendly, and food was tasty. So glad they kept the Snapper's cheese curd recipe - they are delightful puffy cheese squares, very unique! Live music was very loud in the dining room - likely to be heard over the noise of the bar.
