Dog 'n Suds

If you want the old fashioned root beer stand experience, the Dog & Suds is the place to go. Great food and ice cold root beer, it doesn't get any better.

The food was excellent...not greasy either. Great burgers and our grandson said it was the best corndog he has ever eaten! Our dog was very anxious and fussy so we ate on the tables outside. The girl brought 2 little dog treats and a cup of water for our dog too. So thoughtful! We would definitely return when coming to Tomahawk. My sister eats there often and said their fish sandwich and fishfry meals are great too. We will return to try them.

A wonderful piece of Americana history that continues to be kept alive with the drive-in style of restaurant eating. Drive-in diners, where the delicious freshly cooked food arrives on a tray, that is placed on the partially raised driver side window. The wait staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the food is, as said, delicious!

Great experience. They come to your car to take your order. Hook the tray on your window with your food. I just love coming here in the summer. Great mug of root beer.

This place is a throw back to my childhood and it's always good. Burgers have a great grilled taste you can't get anywhere else. This is a little snippet of summer that has not changed at all since I was a kid.
