    Our family held its annual Christmas gathering at the Highland Lodge Pub. We had a delicious buffet meal for 34 people with a social time following. The facility is perfect for a party of this size. Food was great. Staff was attentive to every detail. Looking forward to using the banquet facilities in the future.

    Great place to stay. Clean, and very friendly. We stayed there overnight, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

    Amazing! Wonderful. Clean and comfortable beds!! So thankful for a relaxing place to stay after being on the road. When most "motels" off the highway are terrible at best- you will be so thankful that instead you stayed here!!!

    Highly recommend Highland Lodge! We attended a race at Road America and wanted to stay somewhere nearby. So, we chose Highland because it was a little less than 30 minutes away from the track and had the rustic charm we were looking for (beautiful room with country views). Elle is an incredible host and innkeeper! She made sure we had all the comforts of home and then some - a kitchen full of beverages and snacks, heater on the deck and outdoor fire pit, and lounge with comfy couches and chairs to sit and watch TV or play a game of chess. Elle also listed great recommendations in the guest room binder and steered us towards Smiling Moose where we enjoyed some live music and a tasty buffalo burger. We cannot wait for our next stay! Hoping by then the commercial kitchen will be ready for us to eat a prepared meal at the lodge.

    Absolutely wonderful place!!! The owner Elle is fantastic she does an amazing job at taking care of the entire place! It is a beautiful homey lodge feel and quiet country vibe! We absolutely LOVED the place and will be back! Extremely Peaceful!!! If I could give her and Highland Lodge 10 stars I would!!! Great job Elle!!!
