Pretty good organic pizza with a lot of flavor. They also have a lot of fresh produce. Only down fall was the extremely burnt crust. I understand brick oven pizza will have some burnt but this was a little Over the top.
Absolutely wonderful time!! The staff was extremely helpful. All the tables were occupied but a family was leaving and actually held their table for us until I got our food!
I couldn't believe it!
There's a playground,
I will absolutely go go again and cannot wait until I do!!
If I could rate it higher I would!
We stopped by on a Saturday night. They had a wonderful big band/polka band serenading us while we had our pizza. The pizza was amazing! We got the cheese and sausage pizza and we're looking forward to our leftovers. It had a perfect thin crust with not too much sauce, and a generous amount of sausage. This was our third pizza farm this summer throughout Wisconsin. What Stoney Acres lacks in ambiance, it makes up with awesome pizza.
Stone Acres Farm makes great pizzas on Friday and Saturday nights! (Check their website for dates and times.)
The pizzas are not cheap, most are around $22, but they are definitely worth it! The crust is thin but the pizzas are very filling. The menu includes creative pizza names with unique combinations of toppings. (Although you'll still find your standard pepperoni and sausage.) All of the ingredients are either grown on the farm or locally sourced, except for probably olive related ingredients. We bought 2 pizzas for 2 kids and 4 adults and had a few slices left over.
At a pizza night, you get to experience being on a farm, seeing pigs and chickens, and sometimes you even get to listen to live music!
They also have their own brewery.
My husband and I have been enjoying this treasure of fresh food for sale and for the best pizza ingredients for almost 2 years. We have not been disappointed with any pizza we have ordered. We have noticed that they are using more toppings now which at times were a bit sparce in the past.
The staff has been fun and friendly.
We consider it a real treat to eat at the farm and worth the hour drive!!! The last visit in May for Mother's Day there was a dopplebach craft beer a perfect addition to the atmosphere and food! Keep up the great work looking forward to revisiting tonight!
