I just had the best breakfast food in a long time here.
The stuffed waffle was absolute heaven. A must.
I cannot wait to hit this menu again.

Daisy, my server was absolutely amazing. Very personable and fast.
She knows several languages as i do. I speak 4 languages semi fluently she got to three with me.

The atmosphere is like the old perkins except the floors are done in a very nice wood theme. Very very very clean. Very family friendly.

Thank you for reviving this old location. It has alot of history.

I had a great first experience here. I came in with a craving for waffles and I left satisfied. Dare I say the churro waffle is one of the best waffles that I've ever had!

The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food you recieve, and the wonderful service you're given. The waitress was very nice and funny too! She made me and my partner feel welcomed.

I can see this becoming a regular place I go to. I'll definitely be back!

the food was amazing and the prices are super fair & you get your money worth !! The full slab of ribs and mashed potatoes were great as you all can see lol the French toast was so fulfilling as well!! I can say that Garden Pancake House was a good first experience. Nothing super special about it compared to other restaurants/diners but the food tasted good, temperature was great and service was wonderful. The inside hasn’t changed a lot so it was very nostalgic being inside the Old Perkins building again. As far as price goes I thought it was set correctly compared to other places. I paid with cash but I thought it was cool to be able to scan the QR code on the receipt to be able to use Apple Pay. I’d come here again, could be fun with a small group to get together here.

Decent prices, quality family restaurant food. We've been there twice and both times beverage service was slow- one cup of coffee and then not offered more, and had to flag down a server for soda refills. Food is good though. Will return. Pictures is the pesto chicken panini and sweet potato tots.
