The server was friendly, the food was done correctly and was good. It wasn't too crowded when we were there (Sunday afternoon). The only reason I'm docking a couple of starts is because we were there to celebrate three kids birthdays and several of the tablets died within a few minutes of playing. Normally this wouldn't be an issue if it was just one, but the kids wanted to go there because they enjoy playing games while waiting for their food and several (at least 3) died within 10 minutes. Another one wouldn't even play because it said the memory was full? IMHO, the tablets, if you're going to offer them, should be checked before given to the customers (and it would be nice if they could get cleaned off every once in awhile). Oh, and one other minor complaint, they changed their menus to something inefficient, heavy and bulky. The menu I had was so gross with something that has been spilled on it that one of the pages wouldn't even open up. Minor complaints but still something I think they should know about.
Not a fan of the new menu. Miss build your own sandwich. Not very many choices for chicken sandwich
I like the food, but I am not all that impressed with the service or building.
I went here for lunch with some co-workers today. I ordered two flavors of boneless wings and some fries. My co-workers also ordered something simple but it did take quite some time for the lunch order to be brought out even though the place wasn't too busy. When my wings came out, I only had one flavor delivered instead of the two I ordered, but due to being in a hurry I didn't have time to have the order corrected.
The food was served on metal trays and the presentation was not all that great. The TV's around the building are getting old with washed out displays. The decor is inside also outdated by like 10 years. The "tablets" for the trivia were very old, slow, damaged, and displayed way too many ads between trivia rounds or games of poker. The menus are awkward to read and easily damaged. Overall I do not enjoy Bdubs so much these days due to their lack of keeping up with the times. But the food is always good.
