Great Dane Pub & Brewing Co. - Wausau

Stopped for dinner on a Thursday night. Food was nice, beer good variety but middle of the road quality, service slow. We order a beer flight and food at the same time and the beer only beat the meals by a couple minutes. Waiter apologized for slow service and said it was due to trivia night. If that is true they need to hire more staff.

Surprisingly the GDP was not busy at lunch time today. I ordered the smoked chicken Cobb salad. The salad toppings we're generous and the salad was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stop here again when in the area.

Stopped here for lunch. Had a bowl of beer cheese soup, the all American burger with pub fries and a cheesecake with berries for dessert. Also had two cider beers. One was infused with cbd oil. I am full, relaxed and content. Enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I also received stellar and attentive service from my waitress/bartender. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys sports, pub fare and craft beer brewed on premises.
