Excellent food. Great place to host a wedding or banquet. Also a nice romantic restaurant to take my wife out for dinner. Salad bar, soups and desserts are also noteworthy.

Went there for a wedding, the banquet hall was beautiful. The beef tips, dressing, potatoes and gravy were excellent. The chicken was average. They didn't have enough servers to get the food out on the tables so they couldn't keep up. They didn't put big enough bowls of food on the tables, so by the time the bowls came around the table to us, they were empty. The servers were too busy to refill them and the bowls sat empty. By the time they got to us, they were already clearing the tables off so we didn't get much to eat. There were coffee cups on the tables, but there was no coffee. We asked for coffee, but they never brought us any. I think if they had more help, it would have been great.

Went for Easter brunch with a dozen people. We were seated and told to go ahead to the brunch. Asked twice for water and coffee. We got 1 pitcher of water for all of us. We requested coffee but were told where a coffee station was located and to serve ourselves. What?? So sending a dozen people to get their own coffee or have the server bring 2 pots....hhmmmm. Food was ok. Nothing spectacular. We ended up stacking our dishes on a table next to ours because no one came by to get them between trips to the buffet. Then there was the tip added to our bills automatically. As a rule we tip well for great service but to be told we had to tip no matter the level of service. Cross this off the list of places to get together on holidays.

I can't beat the review Jeremy Kline left regarding our visit!! That being said... I have never felt this comfortable or more welcome in any restaurant! The atmosphere was romantic and inviting, the staff was very friendly with genuine smiles and pleasant conversation and then the food came... Absolutely amazing!! Every bite!! If you're looking for great atmosphere with attentive staff and amazing food worth every penny then head to Embers!! I am positive you'll love it, even the next day when you're finishing the leftovers!!

From the moment we walked in the place we felt welcome. Environment was so relaxing and service was incredible. The first thing I noticed when I sat down was this huge load of bread. It is baked fresh daily right in the kitchen (not another bakery). The cook Jeremy really knows what he was doing. Not a single vegetables in the fire fettuccine was over cooked. The pork ribeye was so juicy and flavorful I had to ask how they cooked it. It then turns out the owner was our waitress!We talked for about 25-30 minutes about food, the area, the business, everything. Very, very nice lady. We found our local restaurant!!! Even from Menominee it's only a 15 minute drive, and well worth it.
