(August 19, 2023, 8:07 pm)Great new food truck in the Twin Bridge area. As the name implies, everything is made fresh From Scratch. The menu varies based on food availability and the owners ideas.
I had an Italian Surprise which was simply delicious. Various Italian meats, roasted peppers and a garlicky aoli sauce, done perfectly.
I will definitely go back.
