Sparks Grill

This is an excellent establishment with amazing employees. They worked like a fine oiled machine and produced excellent food! Stopped here on a whim and so glad we did, the prices were fantastic as well as the service and food! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a meal tjat feels home cooked like at grandmas.

Was on vacation for Memorial Day Weekend. Ended up taking a road trip from Fremont to Wautoma to Princeton. A friend recommended Sparks as he knew we’d be passing by. Parking lot was overflowing – but we found two open spots at the counter. After one server took our order, another stopped by to ask if we needed any help. A few minutes later there was a line in the foyer and out the door of people waiting for tables. Cooks are visible so you can watch your food prepared. It was quite the operation! One guy was just cooking bacon. Supplies being constantly delivered from the back area. Somebody else was assembling the orders and calling out for pick-up. I imagine there are military encampments that don’t work together this efficiently. It was standard fair breakfast – but the rhubarb crisp we had after was outstanding. 10/10 would go again.

Sparks Grill is a home town café with hearty and delicious meals. They serve breakfast all day too. Sparks Grill is very popular in the area. And their collection of Fireman patches that shows that patrons have come as far away as California and Alaska.

Great small town diner with excellent breakfast and homestyle cooking at a reasonable price. Super fast table service; once timed my full breakfast from order to the table in 78 seconds. Cooks are visible so you can watch your food prepared.

Great food! Prices are VERY reasonable. You get A LOT of food for your $ here. Staff is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Visit every time I'm in town
