I was there for a Friday night meal. Cici, our waitress was excellent. She explained the menu, offered drink specials, and gave us time to look over the menu without being absent or overbearing. The food was excellent, except for a side that I had chosen, that I just didn't like. I did NOT ask for them to take it off the bill, but they did. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was very pleasant. This was the first time I have been to LongHorn Steakhouse, and it certainly will not be the last. I think we will even request Cici again. Thank you for a great experience!

Prime rib. We Enjoyed it all.
The Service was outstanding.
The Atmosphere was Awesome. 10 STARS!
Food made to order. Got right in. Seated right away. Helpful waiter. Good was good. Prices were fair. Interesting Western decor. Great location with good visibility. Liked it a lot.
The food was absolutely delicious; you have to try the stuffed mushrooms, they were amazing. The staff was great, patient & very polite....we had a party of 11 & they got every order right the first time; kudos to their wait staff!
We had a wonderful time, I can't wait to visit again!
Call ahead reservations table for 5.... told an hour. Get there told 15 minutes, then told 30 minutes(question about the length considering we called ahead) .... find a seat to wait, get called up to the hostess desk. Get asked if we want a booth instead. No thank you would like a table. 65 minutes after we got there to finally get seated.
2 things we noticed in our extended wait.
1 bus boys and wait staff super slow clearing tables (bus boy was stuck in neutral)
2 manager needs better control. Get staff moving. Tables sat dirty for over 20+ minutes with people walking out due to extremely long wait times.
I wish I had gotten our waitresses name. Excellent service, very speedy, took care of a minor issue extremely fast. Her service alone pulled my 2 star review of this visit up to a solid 4.5
