Starbucks

I went through the drive through and Laynaya (oh my gosh I’m so sorry If I bombed the spelling) was so sweet! She had asked how my night was and honestly I was having a pretty rough night so it was sweet of her to ask! It’s the little things that matter❤️. Great coffee and great customer service! :)

The coffee was great, especially the pumpkin cream cold brew and I got the coffee cake as well and it was amazing!

I was excited to see a new Starbucks opened up on 76th St with a drive-through so I went to check it out this afternoon. There was no line in the drive-thru so that was a plus. The employees were friendly as well, however, they got 2 out of 3 of my drinks wrong. I ordered 2 Venti peppermint mochas, 1 hot and 1 iced, I was charged extra for the peppermint but neither drink has peppermint and the drinks themselves don’t taste right, my husband and daughter both agreed. I can’t tell if it’s the espresso that’s off or the chocolate but something isn’t right, they both taste very bland and the hot one isn’t very hot. Kinda bummed 😔 however I will say that I called and the person I spoke to was apologetic and took my name down and said I can come back for replacement drinks so I appreciate that. Hopefully my next trip will be better!
