Jin's Sushi Seafood & Bar

Overall I am impressed with the food.
The plates are presented well and the food it aesthetically pleasing. The food combinations are balanced and for the most part, the over-all quality of the food seems to be high.
I will say the soy sauce tasted a bit sour and I could not tell if that was by design or by accident. Regardless of the soy sauce taste I will not be docking points because it married so well with the items we ordered; I had no issued with flavor profiles and the balance of each item was well suited to its respective profile.
The over all ambiance "feel" of the establishment was pleasant and peaceful though I thought the lights were a tad bit too bright. The scale seemed to be well balanced but the size of items are slightly disproportionate to the overall environment. The smell was neutral and I has no distinct negative smells, the overall smell was of the food being cooked (which was pleasant) and the tables and the floors were swept and clean
The staff seem to be on point with information and the operation of the business. The staff seem to be pleasant in demeanor and respectful.
The service was OK and thought service could have been slightly better, but it was not to the point of point reduction; given that the restaurant is freshly opened (only two weeks ago as of this date) this rating is contingent upon the continual growth and continuance of quality in this restaurant, to wit, i am expecting the service to be slightly more prompt and attentive and the quality to remain the same. As things progress with this restaurant I will update my reviews as needed: HOWEVER, overall, I RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT, GO THERE!

The sushi at Jin’s is AMAZING. It’s hard to find good sushi that tastes fresh in the Midwest, but they have done it. The prices are lower than local competitors and the staff was friendly. The all you can eat deal also included appetizers and desserts. Great food, environment, staff, and pricing! Will definitely go back soon.

Do yourself a favor and take a mini vacation to Japan, and go to Jin's Sushi Seafood & Bar. You will walk in and be greeted by authentic Japanese decor from a cherry blossom tree and paper umbrellas. All you can eat sushi, salad and seafood. The food is awesome, the service is awesome and helpful with the menu and ordering. Go now because it won't be long before the word gets out and it will be standing room only.

AWESOME SUSHI! This is definitely a new favorite place to visit! They have only been open 3 days so they were struggling a little bit with getting the orders out timely and to the correct table, I totally didn't care. The wait staff was great, very pleasant and very helpful. Place was clean and great atmosphere. Everything we ordered was really, really good. Very high quality ingredients and excellent preparation and plating. We will be back for sure!

It's so nice to have a new restaurant like this in the town. They have delicious food, excellent service and great environment. Yet they have very reasonable, I would say cheap, price on top of those fantastic features. I would really recommend this to everyone and hope they enjoy it as much as I did today!
