Ambassador Inn

We were planning on staying at a nearby Best Western but were unable to because we were not over 21. Luckily Ambassador Inn allows under 21s AND was cheaper than Best Western. Not the nicest place you'll stay, but for the price, totally fine!

This is one of my favorite places to go in my home town when I need to get away...they have mini suites wit private room and living room....its like having your own apartment

It's kind of confusing. I'm still not sure if we stayed at the Ambassador Inn, the Ambassador Hotel, or if they are one and the same. They have two properties across Wisconsin Avenue from one another and share staff and services. We stayed in the older property.
To be honest, there are more modern, fancy, and better located places in Milwaukee that I have stayed. The Ambassador across the street is considerably more modern and glamorous than the place we stayed. That having been said, I loved my visit to the Ambassador more than just about any hotel stay I have had in my life.
Even though it was older and farther from what brought me to Milwaukee than other hotels (It is still very close to Marquette University.), it was equally clean and more accommodating than others. Every single member of the staff is what makes this place exceptional!
Without going into longer detail, every interaction with every person that works here was great. The front desk staff, the cleaning crew, the shuttle driver, everyone was out-of-this-world exceptional and made it a perfect visit to a great town.
