1700 PULL UP

Another great meal and great service at 1700 PullUp. Turkey Leg Thursdays are not to be missed. Both Traditional and Cajun preparations are excellent. Great variety of sides--all of which are well prepared. Service is very good, friendly and timely. If you're not eating at Mom's or Grandma's, this is the place to be!

1st time here and honestly can't wait to go back! The food was really good, I think I got the jerk turkey leg smothered with the liquid gold Mac and cheese and it was pretty pricey can't lie the check caught me off guard lol but this is one of those times when the food is worth it. The servers were polite and helped make my 1st experience even better.

So of everything on my plate, the greens were the best hands down .. I mean, I could have just had that and corn bread and would've been good... Please try the southern sweet tea. It was so good and fresh, and I even had a little flower for appearance.. nice, right!! I'll be back to try the cat fish, although I've never had better than my brothers .. I'm from Louisiana, and he's a fisherman, so trust me when I say know good catfish. 👍 I'm equally sure I'll love yours.

I want to be very clear that this is MY opinion. No shade or hate to this restaurant. Maybe I just got a bad batch or I'm just not a fan of the ingredients they use. But for $42 I was not impressed.

Turkey Leg - 7 and a 1/2 I'm not a big turkey leg fan. But if you are, this is good. Juicy and evenly cooked.

Greens or Mixed Greens - 0, they taste overcooked, sort of mushy. Theirs not much seasoning that I can tell. It taste just like soggy leaves. Which is disappointing because I love greens.

1700 Pull Up Yams - 7, pretty good. It was missing a little something more for me and a few potatoes were undercooked. But overall good.

Mac and cheese - 1, it taste like there's too much flour and oil in it. It tasted greasy and artificial. I'm not a fan of the cheese they used as well. Not my cup of tea.

For experience overall it was good. The customer service is amazing. Such a hard working team and a beautiful inside interior. Give them a try.

This place has amazing food! OMG, reminds me of the good old days, hanging with my Memaw and Grandaddy! Food that relaxes the soul! We had Gumbo, Catfish, and Alfredo… Recommending anything on the menu, they do an amazing job in the kitchen! Loved it! FYI huge portions, be prepared to have leftovers or come with an appetite! 😋
