Domino's Pizza

Fast, Friendly Service. The cashier accepted my payment in a timely manner and John made my Memphis BBQ Chicken Pizza to perfection. The pizza was a first timer for me and it was awesome.

I was skeptical about the service, however, I can honestly admit, this location has been doing well thus far, in meeting my expectations.

I've placed three orders and my experience has been pleasant. My delivery drivers have also rendered a cordial and professional demeanor. My rating ranked at four stars, because I wish the delivery times were a lot swifter than what they are, nevertheless the flesh is never satisfied, lol.

I will continue to order from this particular Domino's.

Update:

I ordered wings (8) but rec'd 7. Reached out to store immediately after discovering the mistake. I was left on hold. I was then transferred to a manager only to RECEIVE the voicemail, however, I was unable to leave a message. Decided to simply let it go AFTER my second attempt.

Another order:

Incorrect pizza rec'd. Called immediately. The manager (a lady) informed me that another pizza would be made and I had to return the other one. Ok, fine but I had to wait another 40 minutes to receive my order. Informed manager that this was dinner and my kiddos were ready to eat and begin to become fussy because they could eat the pizza. My toddlers are 4 and 3 by the way! Anyhow, my options were to wait and not eat the pizza or come pick it up.
**Unacceptable customer SUPPORT.

Hit or miss. The delivery drivers are usually really nice, unless you get a young lady who’s still talking on her cell phone when she delivers your crushed pizza. Nevertheless, that’s only one person, the rest are super nice. Calling in isn’t the best choice, use the website. Other than that, they usually pretty fast, yes there’s been a time where it has taken more than an hour and a half, but Domino’s corporate office took care of that.
