    This truck sells pupusas which are masa-based so wheatless and possibly gluten-free. They come burning hot in foil with cabbage slaw and sauce you can just taco up within the flattish pupusa. They sell cans of American soda (¿) but there are 3 stores nearby for cane-sugar soda or beer that befits this simple but impressive culinary experience.
