Scotty's Bar & Pizza

We’ve been wanting to check this place out for a while, and today we did. It’s a Friday, and we tried the Baked Cod, which my girlfriend loved! It is served with melted butter, tartar sauce, cole slaw, potatoes, marble rye and butter. I decided to try the Chicken Philly and boy was it good! Sautéed peppers and onions, melted cheese and slices of chicken breast on what seemed like a Peter Scortino sesame seed roll. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the people are really nice. Looking forward to returning and trying pizza and another few menu items.

Great food, the pizza is excellent. Fast, friendly service. Handicap access is a big plus. My dad uses a rollator and it's easy for him to get in and out. Patrons are friendly too.

Their food is really good and the staff is super friendly. I love going there Sunday nights for karaoke. There's all sorts of little knick-knacks and such surrounding the walls

Each time Ive gone in here it's been the same experience...like in the movies when strangers walk in the bar and the record scratches. You know...kind of what you might expect from a neighborhood South side bar on the corner.

But then the beers start to go down, maybe a bloody mary, a few double jack and diets...and suddenly this is the best damned place to be. Like Cheers, you know? Everyone is suddenly your neighbor, or friend...and you're even willing to share some of that perfectly made sausage, mushroom, and onion pizza...better than anything Ive been able to find in Dane County. Milwaukee pizza really is the best though, isn't it?

Great service and warm staff members. The food was very good and fresh. A real 5 stars experience.
