Old-school outdoor drive-in style. Frozen Custard is excellent. Always order vanilla but they have other flavors and Sundaes. Sociable place with people outside enjoying their treat along with the weather. Always go back when I'm in town.
Classic old school frozen custard place! It was so smooth and yummy. No words needed. Even on a pretty cold day dinner time, people lined up in the parking lot. I don't have sweet tooth and even for me it was just perfect texture and sweetness! Loved every spoon!
It was highly recommended we stop at Leon's while we were in Milwaukee and weren't disappointed. We tried chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, and mint custard. I loved the vanilla most, where the wife raved on the cinnamon and for my son, the mint. My daughter favored the chocolate, but she also enjoyed the vanilla like I did. We will also be highly recommending Leon's to all our friends
Leon's Frozen Custard is open year-round. Despite the cold and snow, it was busy! The custard flavors of the day included vanilla, chocolate, butter pecan and raspberry. You can also get nuts or cherries as your topping. They also have cold drinks, sandwiches and hot dogs. It was only a $1.50 for a small cone and it was worth it. There is a reason that they are busy year round. The service is fast the price has not been affected by inflation since 1980 and the custard was amazing! The vanilla and chocolate are really good but the butter pecan is amazing.
A delightful surprise. I’ve heard multiple great things about Leon’s and decided to try it out. Their butter pecan custard is no joke, it’s completely full in flavor and delightful to eat. Also try the chili dogs, the Spanish style is a nice change to an old classic. They only take cash, so come prepared. I’ll definitely be coming back here a lot more.
