Dunkin'

Great product, but if you want to buy assorted donuts you cannot use the drive thru. Management may want to post a sign, so the staff is supported by this location's policy!

First & second visit was fine, third visit was through the drive thru and the girl put my six donuts in a bag. I asked for a box & she said “you kept adding donuts I didn’t know you wanted a half dozen.” What??? When I stared at her because of that ignorant comment she said” gimme the bag, I got you”. No!? No one has “got me,” I don’t was done & drove off. When I called minutes later to speak to a manager they kept hanging up on me & then called me back, with no professionalism, just said “ you called here”. When I said I’m trying to call Dunkin’ Donuts she said “ yeah, it’s me what do you want?” I ended that ignorant call. I’ll go to Walmart or Pick & Save in Germantown & Bayside. I’m not dealing with this mess for donuts.

This location is new and amazing!! Great customer service from the men and women there. You don't come across young people with manners these days but these young men and women should keep up the great work!! Just outstanding customer service!! McDonald's and other fast food chains could take a lesson from these nice people.
