Applebee's Grill + Bar

Our waiter Terry was phenomenal! He was very pleasant and we had a group of 27 family members. He was prompt, friendly, patient,and courteous. Please ask for Terry when you visit and you will have a pleasant meal!

Wanted to give this place 0 starts, however, just because of the 2 hosts last night, I decided to give it a 4. I came around 9:40pm last night. The host was sweet and greeted me. What stuck out was how cute she was playing around with my youngest child. The other host, was NOT BEING LAZY LIKE THE SERVERS, and was all over the place cleaning, sweeping, etc... My server was Kayla and she was completely annoyed she had to serve us. I saw her go up to the host and whine about it. If YOU are the SERVER, YOU WILL SERVE. DO NOT blame your JOB on the HOSTS. Since my food was an hour late and cold, I let the host walking around know. She was very upset, and she was not even the SERVER OR A MANAGER. She went to check on the food and kept me up to date on everything. Before I left from the horrible service from both kitchen and servers, the host said goodbye and she apologized for what she DID NOT DO. The only people I saw working where both hosts last night Friday.

Servers, LEAVE. Shut down Applebee’s. The only ones saving this restaurant are the hosts because of their kindness and manners towards guests. If I knew their names trust me I would have called Applebee’s myself and let them know.

Never coming back

Great Food, Great Service, Great Everything. I was there with a toddler with ADD and his pregnant mom on a????hot????day. I kind of figured due to past experience, we would maybe eat an appetizer there and would have to take the rest to a park or something. The staff was FANTASTIC. They put us off to the side so we were not bothering anyone. Of course we kept it respectful the best we could. They gave us some extra crayons to color. It was a good time. They got a R E A L L Y Great Tip????. . .just for having a positive attitude.
