Zach and team fabulously catered our 40th wedding anniversary dinner party with just 2 weeks notice. Thanks for stepping up, Zach! Each and every request came through with flying colors. Such an amazing experience! Our book club hired Zach/Bartlett Catering for a girls night in and he delivered! Six courses paired with amazing wines, ending with an amazing dessert. Not only does he make amazing food, but he takes the time to explain each course and pairing. You can tell just how passionate he is about making these dishes for you, and customizes the whole night to fit your groups needs.

We hired Zach with Bartlett Catering for our micro wedding in September 2020, and it was the absolute BEST decision we made in our whole wedding planning process. Not only was the food phenomenal (our guests still rave about it), but he went above and BEYOND to make our day special. We chatted leading up to the event regarding menu choices, and he was so good at listening to our preferences and curating not just a meal, but a whole experience. He was very conscious of our budget too, which was much appreciated. He prepared an amazing 3 course meal with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. He cooked every person’s steak to perfection (exactly the way each person ordered). The photos I’ll attach speak for themselves. I could not recommend Zach more. We will absolutely hire him again for events in the future - do yourselves a favor and book him. You’ll thank yourself later.

This is was such a cool experience. Our book club hired Zach + Bartlett Catering and it was hands down our best get together! Zach's culinary skills are unmatched; everything was from scratch, unique, and perfectly paired with his wine recommendations.
