Colectivo Coffee - Humboldt

Incredibly fresh and S-m-o-o-t-h coffee sourced and roasted in-house served in a loft style hip bistro cafe. Sandwiches were unique with sauces served no where else. Wow. My only Coffee cafe when visiting Milwaukee. Pick-up a bag of Blue Heeler coffee to take home, I did.

I eat breakfast and lunch here often. The food and coffee are consistent. The staff is friendly. It's a good place to have a meeting. Wish the music was a little less loud.

Come here all the time for the WiFi, great coffee, kind and accommodating staff, awesome view, and always a place to sit. This is my favorite Colectivo. Great hours. Not over crowded.

Food was well prepped and tasted good too. The drinks were creative and tasty. The covered patio was a bit hot in the middle day, but heck a lot better than if we'd have been directly under the sun.

Their coffee is okay, at least better than Fuel's. There's a lot of space here and the patio is great. Make sure your devices are fully charged if you're going there to work because it's next to impossible to find an outlet here.
