Good food and good beer. What more could you ask for!?
There is plenty of seating here, so bring your friends AND your family!
Loved hanging out at this place on a rainy Tues. The beer tender gave great suggestions which only made the hot honey wings taste even better.
If you like the place and want to rep it, check out their swag.
The drinks were amazing! We got a Bloody Mary, Hazy IPA, stout, and a cider. All of them tasted amazing. I think the Bloody Mary was the best I've ever had.
The food on the other hand, it was ok. It tasted fine, but we had to wait 50-ish minutes to get any food at all, and they never offered anything for their lacking here. We almost walked out.
The food wasn't spectacular, and the wait was too long, but the service and drinks were amazing. They understood it was slow, and just said they were sorry, which is fair, they're a bar, not a restaurant.
The ideal situation would be to go there, get a bloody Mary, some curry fries and chill. That, I will make a habit of doing, and honestly, you should too. Go there for drinks and a snack.
Overall, it was a positive experience, I will 100% return, I just won't return for a meal.
Loved that we can walk here from our condo along the river. Stopped in to try some beers so we were looking to have a flight which our very nice server was willing to provide. Unfortunately they only had 4 options which were not IPA's, sours, or other atypical beers. So we tried a pilsner, white, lager and dry stout. They were all pretty good, but less than stellar. My drinking partner also thought they were all a bit bitter (I'm 'bitter blind', so that's not an issue for me). Only 4 stars due to the limited selection for us non IPA drinkers and the bitter character. Check it out for yourself. BTW our server was super nice and even brought out water for our dog.
The beer is a solid A- and the food is PHENOMENAL! We ordered the cheese curds, Mac and cheese, giant pretzel with beer sauce, and curried popcorn and all were just incredible. This is a hidden gem just north of downtown. Well worth the stop!
Came from Boston to visit Milwaukee and wanted to try one top brewery spots. The ambience was top notch and the rooftop bar was super nice. However, I’m not sure if the east coast has different tastes but a lot of our beers in our flights were far too bitter for our palates. I will say that the tasting pours were quite generous and we left more tipsy than we were planning to be 😆
