This was our 261st 'cue stop across 30 states, and the 11th and last scheduled stop in Wisconsin and the U.P.
With their Waukesha restaurant closed due to staffing shortages, the gang at Pat's is carrying on at the Milwaukee Public Market, with a pared down menu reflecting a smaller kitchen. Ah, but the quality is still here, and the value! $30.14 purchased 4 huge spare ribs, a half pound of rib tips, a generous side of fried okra, and a cornbread muffin. The spare ribs were meaty with virtually no fat. They were beautifully done, separating cleanly at the bite, with a tasty rub-- try them dry, with a house made sauce of your choice on the side. The rib tips were meaty as well, and the sweet and spicy sauce hits them out of the park. The fried okra complemented the meats well.
In sum, this one is definitely a "must try."

I was super excited to try this place, so when I went to the market today and saw it was open I went for it!

I got the BBQ pulled pork sandwich, which came with coleslaw and pickles, and an order of baked beans. The sandwich was DELICIOUS! Some of the best I've had!

However, I was disappointed by the beans. They were very tasty for sure, but when I ordered them I expected to have a good amount, at the very least half a cups worth. Instead, I got a very tiny, probably no more than a 1/4 cup worth of beans. Being that they were a separate item to order on the side, priced around $3, I anticipated there being more.

I would for sure go again for that sandwich, but I wouldn't order anything else there.

I had smoke fries, fried okra, and rib tips. It was very very very delicious. Shout out to the chief. The rib tips was perfect, I don't remember the sauce I had but it was little spicy. Went well on the rib tips. The next time I'm in Milwaukee I will definitely go again to try more items. My mouth is watering again as I type this. I definitely recommend this place you won't be disappointed

My best friend Kurt Love told me about this place, and I come here frequently after playing shows with my tribute band (it's half acting half playing). I would say it's my second favorite spot after The Big Apple Ranch, and I always look forward to stopping by whenever I receive my welfare check.

Best ribs in town... love me some of those sweet summer spices. My favorite is the brisket, but my Nana she swears by the pastrami. We always stop here for takeout before we visit our friends on N Oakland in Milwaukee.

Pat's is the place to go for the best ribs in Wisconsin!
