(July 16, 2023, 2:08 am)The Burger Co. looked like it was going to be a bust because they were taking a while to fill orders. It wasn't their fault, they just got slammed all at once.
But, let me assure you, the burgers are fantastic, reminiscent of a Kopps burger. Same with the fries - hand-cut and fried in peanut oil (I believe). In fact, they come in nearly identical cone-shaped white paper.
Is this Kopps in disguise? I don't know, but the food was delicious and we'll definitely go back.
(Note: they gave us a free order of fries for the longer than usual wait time. Great, unexpected customer service for sure and I'd go back just for that reason.)
