Sobelmans on St. Paul

Historically have turned people away from here because of prior food experiences. We were down at third space with a few out of towners. They wanted to check it out... we got bloodies and they were pretty good.

GREAT food, chicken wrap bourbon sauce was GREAT. Burgers were AWESOME. Had almost decided to leave before we were waited on, but was GREAT Stop.

Oh my goodness!! This bucket list outing was well worth the wait!! We traveled from southern IL straight to this restaurant. It was a well deserved meal after 6 hours of driving! We ordered 2 bloody Mary's, which apparently is the star of the restaurant. I loved the garnishes, but the drink was to spicy for me (weak palate). I thought it was neat that they served little glasses of beer to chase the drink. That was a first for both of us! Hope we decide to visit the area again so we can go back!

Cute little place near the Valley. We ate outside which was glorious on a rare warm day. I ordered a Bloody Mary that was loaded with all kinds of tasty garnishes...definitely a recommendation for BM fans. They offered a variety of clever, tasty looking burgers, that made it hard to choose. In the end my bf got the "fresco" and loved it. I was so stuffed from all my bm accompaniments that I just ordered a small salad. It was still very tasty though!

This was a great place besides girl bar tender who ignored me completely when standing at bat to ask question about sitting outside. Besides that - great service and food. Nice small selection of local brew and excellent party melt. The place is small and there is usually a wait according to hostess. We sat outside where there was no wait but it was chilly. We moved to the single heated picnic table at the entrance. It was warm so we enjoyed our food and drinks.
