The soups and sandwiches are divine. If you love soup and 🥪 check them out. I just tried them for the first time last week. A co worker worked raved about soup brothers soup sandwiches and bread. So worth the raveation!! Lol. Pure Deliciousness 😋.
I finally had an opportunity to dine here after more than a year of anxiously waiting to get back to Milwaukee. The restaurant is gem: A refreshment to the abundant and mundane casual dining franchises. Soup Bros offered a concise menu of thoughtfully selected and prepared-from-scratch soups and sandwiches. It was a brisk day and we walked to the location from more than a mile away, so the cozy atmosphere and menu selections were very appreciated.
The two team members had nearly sold-through their provisions for the day but thankfully had enough of our two items for us to be served. They were even so kind as to let us dine-in as the last customers for the day! This afforded the staff to tell us more about the restaurant and our menu selections. I had the Mario's Barrio and it was top notch. I never got the name of the kind man who allowed us to stay and eat, but since he said he made the stew, I must assume it was eponymously titled. Thank you Mario! 5/5---will happily recommend would suggest dining-in. The restaurant though small was cozy and something from an early 2000s time-capsule.
red pepper and fresh baked bread is hard to beat on a cool, fall day. best soup in town and it's not close.
IT’S SOUP SEASON (but maybe every season is soup season?)!!! I have so much love for Soup Bros! From the quirky decor to very tasty (and sometimes fancy) options, this place is a treasure. You may be tempted to drive or walk by the unassuming brick front, but don’t! Come on in, try the cheddar and Bermuda onion or the pepper bisque or the chicken and rice — you literally can’t go wrong. They are currently carry out only. They take cards, but if you want to avoid a surcharge, bring cash. And ENJOY!
Who knew Soup could be this exciting! Honestly changed how I'll forever look at a bowl of soup. I'm not in Milwaukee often but if I'm driving to Chicago from MN I might have to make a detour. It's that good! Plus small quaint hole in the wall, with so much character you can't help but love it.
