    First time ordering from this location. I ordered online around 2pm and wanted to pick up at 4:15pm. When I get there (exactly at 4:15) and let the cashier know I had an order pickup, she informed me it wasn't ready. I was irritated, mostly because I had a Lyft driver waiting for me, but they got my order ready "Freaky Fast" in under 45 seconds and I didn't miss my ride!

    Turkey Tom, a simple taste and my favorite sandwich.

    They are so freaky fast that when the counter person said my name, and I hardly heard her, I was questioning if it was mine.

    Freaky good, I miss the sprouts that use to be on this, but the flavor is always spot on.

    Every time I order a sub here, whether it be online or in-store, they either forget to add/remove. Would be nice if I got the sandwich exactly how I ordered it, at least once in a while. Otherwise, the staff are nice
