Cousins Subs

Excellent food nice fresh bread the salad was even good

I'd give cousins in general about a 3.5 if i could - this one has a drive-thru and fries. Good subs but not as good as JM or PB. This one has a drive thru / grill / fries so its a little better than others. Just don't order Chicken Gyro sub, tastes like a salt block. Drive thru can take a while some days also, the kids working there don't seem to cover each other when one gets pulled away - example - the Drive Thru employee takes a phone order, none of the other 3 employees help keep to drive thru moving, everything stops until that kid is free again.

EDIT: I originally posted this as a one star, however; the manager reached out to me about my bad experience and offered to make it right. It always impresses me when management care enough to better individual customer experiences. It really shows that its about the people and not just the business. I have since gone back and had a very pleasant experience. I will be back again as i feel that this staff values their customers and works to make sure that they have the great experience that they expect

I visited this location today and ordered a club. I was asked for no mayo and mustard. I made sure to say again no mayo when they read the request back to me. I now got home only to open my sandwich to see that it is loaded with mayo. So much, that i dont think ill be able to wipe it off enough to eat.
