    I've been going to Hector's for 25 years and never disappointed. How many places can you say that about?

    It was a nice little place. Their chips and salsa were awesome. I had chipotle tacos, the chicken was REALLY good, the corn tortillas were not. The rice and beans were decent. The tortillas seemed microwaved and were very dry. We had a great waitress who was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely give it another chance im giving the benefit of the doubt because we showed up to eat around 9:00 pm.

    Food was good but the service is what stands out! Our server was attentive and extremely nice. I don't get to the Tosa often but will stop back again

    I went here for a change and was wanting some Mexican food. I got the mole which was OK but looked more like pulled pork than mole. The service was top notch and servers very pleasant. I would have questioned my meal but was hungry and decided to just eat. I will just chalk it up to being in Tosa and the clientele is white Wisconsinites.
