Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Really good sandwiches that you can get grilled. When they have it, I recommend the pulled pork with spicy fried pickles. Also, their shakes are excellent.

I came here and ordered an Original Italian on wheat with everything - the best thing on their menu. But the location where you order is one of those where you need to kinda yell over a large plastic barrier. So the girl on the other side of the barrier heard me say "A Wreck on wheat". But she wasn't sure, at which point she said to me "A Wreck?" To which I responded "What?" And she repeated "A Wreck?"(this happened probably 2-3 times) But because of the huge plastic barrier I heard "A regular?" To which I responded with "Yeah".
So she ended up making me a Wreck, and I noticed this probably halfway through the toasting process, at which point I decided to just stick with the Wreck... It was fine, but not as good as the Italian. Now, I could have told them that I actually ordered the Italian, but then the Wreck would have been wasted food - I can't have that on my conscience.
So I guess the point I'm trying to make is that large plastic barriers and loud equipment where people order is bad design.

Omg loved the food here. The smell inside this joint just makes you hungry. Great parking as it is located on the mall premises. A little pricey for a sandwich but all in all a good meal...

Purchased a turkey club chips and Oreo shake. Shake was ok could be better
My 9 year old ordered the pick two a half of turkey club and mac n cheese...she loved it!

Had to sit by the trash can so for me it was a lot of traffic

I thoroughly enjoy eating Potbelly sandwiches. They're always full of flavor. This particular location is my favorite because, on the rare instance they make a mistake, they are *quick* to fix it. They even go above and beyond to make it right. I'll definitely be coming back.
