Fun because you can customize the dishes however you like (choice of protein, vegetables, kid-friendly options for picky eaters). They encourage you to try new things and will make you something else if you don't like it. Generous portions, flavorful sauces. Fresh, healthy, fast (wait is usually 5min or less), and delicious.
