Midtown Grill

Went on a busy Sunday morning. Place is very small, but comfortable. Sat at the counter and had corned beef hash and pancakes. Pretty good pancakes. The hash needs work, it was just potatoes and corned beef. Both parts were fine, it just wasn't really a hash.

Went here today for the first time. Ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup, which was very good. The atmosphere and staff were very nice. The major draw back was the fairly limited menu. We went for lunch and there weren't very many lunch options. The restaurant itself is pretty small but there is counter service. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Ordered because they let me bring food over from here to Ray's tasting room. Ordered the sausage breakfast sandwich meal. Throughly enjoyed it. Could go for a bit less cheese but I'm probably one of very few people who would want it that way. Fries are a mix of many different types. Which was a nice touch.

Limited but very delicious menu and some fabulous malts (although $6), and satisfactory service. My main complaint is restaurant is rather small and cramped, with several patrons facing wait time. But I think it's worth the patience
