Really, really good. I was hesitant about it being a “hotel restaurant” but the food, cocktails, and service were fantastic. I would highly recommend the salmon three ways and the thyme for the bramble cocktail. Would hardly believe you are in Tosa, the atmosphere inside is very trendy, cool and modern.

Excellent Tomahawk steak - atmosphere is beautiful - nice little outdoor area. I would strongly recommend it. I like the hospitality of the staff and the gentleman up front remembered me from coming in to check it out earlier. Great experience and I will return soon.

Delicious food- a great place for date night or a birthday- would recommend scallops, cocktails, desserts- a little pricey for what you get but good quality. Service was attentive and everything was safely distanced (all servers wore masks)

Amazing food and drink with a great atmosphere. Food is fresh and authentic, with a creative twist. Schnitzel, Tartare, Bread Cheese, and Salmon rivaled that of what we have eaten in Europe. I now have a new favorite restaurant in Wauwatosa, maybe even the greater Milwaukee area.

Nearly ready to open. Looks great. New American cuisine with Scandinavian influences honoring its tastes and traditions. Focus on grilling over fire and fresh, seasonal seafood holding true to its name, meaning "Fire + Ice."
