Cousins Subs

Order placed for 2:45 pickup, wasn't ready at 3:05 when I arrived. 3 people I could see in store, 1 other customer. 5 minutes and my order was ready to find out they shorted me by half a sub when I got it home.

The store has provided a credit for the mistake already. Issue still happened and we didn't have a full meal for someone. I appreciate the effort, just please correct the issue.

Put the wrong peppers on my sub and forgot pickles. Didn't leave onions off my husband's. Order taker was pleasant and polite I guess the two times I told her she didn't hear or whoever made the sub goofed up

I've been enjoying a Cousins Club Sub on Italian for almost 35 years. There's a reason I keep going back. Not only is the service top-notch, but I don't know a better Sub for my tastes anywhere. They have wonderful soups and salads too. And they've always had a grill at the ready, as well as a toaster added over 15 years ago. The newest additions are shakes and floats! Yummmm! Best Vanilla shake around. I haven't tried the others yet, but as the creature of habit that I am, don't hold your breath. Why not venture in yourself and indulge in a chocolate shake or a float with your delicious Sub, salad and some chips. A true Milwaukee classic, the newly renovated buildings now showcase their proud heritage. Well done, Cousins.

I have never had a bad experience here. Staff is great! Ms. Lesley is awesome, great customer service. They all make you feel very welcome.
