Fazoli's

Everything is always on point here, and the manager is very involved - he really cares about his customers. On my last visit they mixed up my order via the drive thru. I called and they were very apologetic, they had the correct order ready when I came back, gave us extra bread sticks, and offered us a free dessert for the hassle. I was really impressed by the professionalism of the cashier, especially as they were getting ready to close. I will definitely keep coming back.

This Fazoli's is very nice and friendly. Andy, the manager was very helpful. Came by and checked on me a couple times sitting in the booth. That's rare these days. The breadsticks are awesome! Definitely would recommend this location!

The food is always fresh, and the wait staff has always been friendly and prompt with me. The manager, Pascal, always greets me with a smile when our paths cross. It is obvious he has a passion for what he does.

Now, is it the BEST Italian food in Milwaukee? Of course not. It's a cheap, fast-food type atmosphere, but the beauty of Fazoli's is that it doesn't try to be anything more. That said, the food is prepared fresh daily, it gets to you fast, and it's inexpensive at that. You can do a lot worse than this Fazoli's location. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quick, no frills Italian fare.

One of my favorite fast casual places. The food is always great, and the bread sticks are the perfect amount of buttery salty goodness. Which means I always end up bringing some of my meal home. The employees are generally pleasant and helpful. I recommend this for families, young adults, or anyone looking for affordable pizza/pasta.

This place was great! The staff was extremely friendly and nice. The food was also great! It came out hot and with plenty of bread sticks. I would definitely recommend this place if you want good and cheap Italian. I can't wait to go back!
