Big Deal Burgers & Custard

This place has the BEST custard, even better then Kopps, Leons and Culver's!!! The food is also outstanding. The drive through needs updating and the service is a bit slow, but well worth the wait. The staff is very good, courteous, professional and friendly. Amazing fish fry!!

Always delightful. I love taking my family here. The options are great. The food is always cooked to perfection. Tonight I took my kids and we had some dirt. The flavor of the day was dirt! That was genius was serving it on April fools day. The employees are always really friendly and that's is a big part of why we love this particular place. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to eat with a calm experiance.

The food is great which has never been my concern. However, everytime I pick up from here there is an issue with how the food is packaged. My daughter loves the chicken soup and normally will get a salad with it. I tell the person taking the order to please bag the salad separate from any hot foods "Oh absolutely. They wouldn't do that anyhow". That is incorrect. I've spoken directly to a female manager and she assured me that wouldn't happen again. Well she was wrong. Tonight, I called in an order of 2 bowls of soup. Told the girl on the phone to bag the soups separately because they tend to leak and get the bag wet. She said "oh yes, we can do that".
I also ordered a salad and a tender meal. It's common sense not to bag cold with hot foods. My soups were bagged together which I asked not to be and the salad was on the bottom of a bag with fries and tenders on top. So now we have a warm salad and cold fries. I have spoken to a manager by phone and in person about this simple request and would hope this would be addressed. I guess it has to be put on here. Please take into consideration the requests of your patrons.

Burgers were excellent. One of the best we've ever had. Our family was excited to get custard too but we're so full after eating we will have to go back another time for custard. One of the best values I've seen. Nice huge fresh burger and fries for under $9. When were back in the area we will definitely be back.
