Oscar's Frozen Custard Sandwiches

Fast service. Friendly employees. Just that we had a large order and they forgot to give us a custard in a cup, but I called to let them know and Emily said we can go any day and tell the manager so they can give us the one they forgot. That's why I give them 5 stars,

The custard is comparable to any in town. But, the "fresh made cones" are a real treat. Very casual, with the picnic type indoor seating, takes you away from the busy street and noise you would imagine.
It is a place to relax and enjoy that special treat. That is hand made to near perfection. Sometimes it can be too busy, and the excitement is infectious. The children anticipating, and trying to patiently wait is so adorable...That is the type of throw back experience that is found every day...in a place where it's OK to play at any age....come join in the fun.
You won't be disappointed. It's the same as You remember. Waiting to take you there again....the food is excellent, and they're quick to plesse You....Great place for lunch or anytime for treats...don't forget to thumbs up if you like the review

This was the first time in 5 years that we went back. I had a waffle cone with today's flavor and my wife had a turtle sunday. Both were good but not quite like they were back than. The cones used to be made fresh while you waited. That was not the case today. The custard is good but again not as good as before. Not sure if things have been changed in the ingredients, source of the ingredients, or just me but I will not rush to return. Still would recommend a try to anyone who likes custard.

Oscars has the best waffle cones. They make them fresh and they're thick and crunchy and full of flavor. Of course their custard is great too. Their flavors are a little more traditional than some other places, but they do it right.

I don't really recommend their food. It's fine, but there are much better places to get food for the same price.
