River City Diner and Smokehouse

The old owners are back! I can tell you its changed for the better. :) the food is great, it is up beat and happy. All around great place.

Yum! I had the BBQ Brisket Tacos and they were excellent! The portions were generous. I ordered a side and it ended up being too much food. I don't live in Oconto, but I'll make sure I stop when I'm in the area again to try something else in the menu.

First time here. Heard about it from a friend. I ordered thr Smokehouse Ruben. It was fantastic. The bread was toasted perfectly and had a nice crunch. Husband ordered the Brisket Philly. Had a nice bun that didn't fall apart. Brisket was nice and tender. The only issue we had was we both ordered a cup of soup, but they never came out before our sandwiches. We had to ask the guy who brought our food for them.

The food at River City Diner is simply incredible. I had the tacos with BBQ pulled pork and french fries. My wife had the fish and chips. So much food, we had a second meal the next day at home. The employees are super super friendly and made our visit so enjoyable. I highly recommend stopping here for a wonderful meal and meeting extremely nice people.

Our server was prompt and friendly. Our food came out quickly and accurate and it was delicious. Did you change the bbq sauce? I really liked it last night compared to what I tried a few months ago.
Our drinks we refilled without our asking. We wanted for nothing.
Everything was perfect and we were so pleased with our visit.
This was my son’s first time there since it became the smokehouse. He loved his loaded Mac and cheese.
Way to stay on top of things and rock the restaurant world!!
