The Cozzy Express

The food at Cozzy’s is always good, but the experience at the express to the original location is incomparable. I’ve gone to Cozzy’s so many times since the pandemic first started and I’ve never once been disappointed at their original location. They’re always kind and ready to make your order perfect. Unfortunately we did not get the same customer service at the express. We weren’t greeted, and our food was actually handed off to the wrong person. Instead of apologizing or offering to remake our food considering other people already touched it (we would’ve said no but it’s the thought that counts), the cashier was completely silent. We awkwardly took our $27 order back from the strangers and still ate it hoping the people who had it first touched it as minimally as possible. Again, I love love love Cozzy’s so I’m still leaving a 3 star review but I’m sure if it was anyone else in this situation it would be a 1 star.

Awesome food served hot and really fast for BBQ, I had the smoked pork grilled cheese and will be back to get it again for sure.

They have a decent portion size for the kids chicken tender meal. I wanted a soda instead of a juice and for some reason they upcharged me. The price of a can of soda is less than the price of a juice box. The chicken tasted good. The fries were ok but needed salt for sure.
