My son's favorite place to go. You get a lot of play time for your dollars here, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I like that they have hand stamps so kids can't leave with the wrong person! Just a little security that makes me feel more comfortable. They recently updated the games, so there are plenty of new ones - clean & modern. The pizza is great and I like that you can get beer or wine! Everything is convenient - you can reload play cards at a kiosk and the ticket counter is super easy. We also had a birthday party here and it was a great experience start to finish!
We had our daughters 7th Birthday party here this past week and I'll definitely come back again for another party. The kids had a great time (with the exception of a few games running out of tickets that they never received) playing. The pizza was on par with something you might find in your grocery store freezer section but if I'm being honest we weren't really there for the food. Thanks Chuck E. for helping make my little girls day!????????
Great place to take the kids! However, wasted a bunch of unlimited game time due to the fact that they didn't tell us you can pause the card so you can eat and not waste your time. Therefore the service don't really know how to promote deals properly. So if it's your first time, make sure to get the full deal.
I went there last year when my daughter turned 4 and it was your classic Chuck E Cheese experience and all the games were 25¢. I brought my daughter there recently this year because she turned 5 but it was a completely different experience. First of all, the big climbing thing was gone so we were only left with arcade games. Now, you pay for arcade time rather than a quarter per game. It ends up being much more expensive and we even used coupons. It was $50 for myself and 2 daughters to play games for less than an hour. When I asked questions about the changes, the female employee ran over to another employee, whispered in his ear and then frantically ran away. It was really weird. On a positive note, I gave 3 stars because that other employee frantically cleaned everything so you didn't get that germy kid feeling. Chuck E Cheese did come out and dance tho.
