Stilt House Gastro Bar

Anyone that does not give this place a 5 star rating didn't make the smart move of ordering the......hear me out before judging. I am a steak, seafood and meat type of guy. The cauliflower appetizer was amazing (save the sauce) before we had the lemon salmon that was phenomenal along with the waygu steak. That was probably the beat steak I have ever had and the cauliflower sauce just topped it off! We will be going back again, again and again.....plenty of beers to try to but this place seems like the best restaurant in town that also serves beer.

This is an amazing spot. Killer menu and outstanding food. This place has a great beer selection. The stuffed mushroom caps are to die for and I highly recommend the burgers. The staff also open the door for you. All around fantastic quality.

Regular at the Stilt House, and always fantastic. Food has never been anything less than perfect and service is awesome. If you're in Cedarburg and don't eat here, you are doing yourself a disservice.

We had to wait a bit to get a table (we were in town for the winter festival) but Jessica made sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond and it sure made an impression on our group.

We went with the salmon sliders and chicken sliders and they did not disappoint. Get some sweet potato fries and your all set. They have a crazy good selection of beer, exactly what we needed on a cold day. Can’t wait to come back!

It was a very good restaurant. The menu is very innovative. I wanted to order more things and will go back soon to try other dishes. Beer list was great and the server was very knowledgeable. It deserved 6 stars
