“I don't live in Grafton but stopped here for breakfast while in the area. Food was fine and service was decent. No real complaints about it - just a basic diner type of restaurant. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. I suppose if I lived in Grafton I would frequent the place more often but I would rather go down the road to a particular restaurant in Cedarburg if time permits.”

“Food came out cold, and one of us got the wrong order. While it was correct the second time, once again the food was cold. We watched the cook staff switching onion rings and fries around, keeping them near the heating lamps. The response of the manager when informed of this was "oh". The stars reflect the hostess, she was constantly busy seating customers and bussing and cleaning the tables. Nate, our server, checked a number of times if I wanted coffee, he did give me a refill once.”

“Food is real good, service is good. But the price is too high for a sub shop in my opinion. I've only gone there twice: once when they opened (was shocked by the price then) & hadn't returned in about a year for my second visit which was for a fundraiser for my daughters school. So if you want a great sub & you don't mind paying more for it, go. But if you're on a budget, bring coupons, mooch off friends or steer clear altogether.”
